These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ckk22 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ckk22 website at https://ckk22.net, including all associated betting markets, casino games, card games, promotional offers, and payment services available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing any page of the ckk22 website, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm unconditionally that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users of the ckk22 platform without exception.

• Account currency: All ckk22 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum initial deposit to activate a ckk22 account is ৳100.
• Account verification: Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Dormant accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ckk22 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee, as detailed in the account settings section of the platform.

The following general conditions apply to all ckk22 bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the minimum required deposit for that promotion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

All betting and gaming activity on ckk22 is subject to the specific game rules and betting market rules published within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific game or market.

Cricket betting: ckk22 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Test matches, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Odds are updated in real time during live matches. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the ckk22 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Settlement of cricket bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckk22 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent account closure without appeal.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using ckk22 to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or conduct any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws is strictly forbidden. ckk22 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has failed to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity has been identified on or in connection with the account.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• The account holder requests account closure voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons such as self-exclusion.
• ckk22 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or instructions from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their own account for any reason — including responsible gaming self-exclusion — may do so by contacting ckk22 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Players requesting self-exclusion will be blocked from all ckk22 services for the duration of the exclusion period selected and will not receive any promotional communications during that period.
